Czeslaw Rzepinski (1905 - 1995)
Czeslaw Rzepinski (Strusów near Trembowla 1905 - Krakow 1995) began studies at the Free School of Painting Ludwika Mehofferowa in 1923. Then he studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow in 1925-1929, and finally at the Paris Department of the Academy of Fine Arts, run by prof. Józef Pankiewicz. From 1931 he exhibited with the group "Zwornik". In the years 1945-1947 he was the president of ZPAP. He also worked as a teacher, including He taught courses for drawing teachers in the Krzemieniecki Secondary School (1935-1939), and from 1945 until his retirement in 1973 he lectured at his alma mater, from 1948 as a professor.
