Born Saratoga Springs, New York.  Died Pinellas County, Florida.

Benton, Harry Stacey, illustration in oils; born in Saratoga Springs, N.Y., Oct., 11, 1877; son of Fred’k and Kate G. Benton; studied at Chicago Art Institute; married in 1901 to Elsie N. Burt; exhibited in Chicago Art Institute and with the Chicago Soc. of Artists; work confined mostly to illustration for magazines. 

Member of Salmagundi Club, N.Y.  Address, 1215 Woody Crest Ave., New York.
