Biography Heinz Drache
From 1948 to 1953, Heinz Drache studied at the Academy of Fine Arts Dresden with Hans Theo Richter, Josef Hegenbarth, Fritz Dähn and Max Erich Nicola.
As a freelance artist, and member of the Association of Visual Artists of the GDR, he created numerous murals in various public buildings. He also created prints and paintings.
His works can be seen in the National Gallery in Berlin, the Galerie Neue Meister in Dtesden, the Kunsthalle in Rostock, and the municipal museum in Dresden.
