Helen Bromm studied art at the Cooper Union in New York City. She became a freelance worker as an illustrator and was subsequently employed by a lithographic firm in New York City doing advertising illustration for textile mills in New England and the South.
The illustration were used both in advertisements and the “tickets” attached to the fabric. She also did illustrations for Raphael Tuck & Sons postcards, magazines and book illustrations. She m
