Willard Colby Cook was born in Charleston, MA in 1865. At the turn of the century Cook was a clergyman while living in Nobleboro, ME. About 1903 he moved to northern California and established a fruit orchard in Clovis (Fresno). In his leisure he painted watercolors. He died in Los Angeles on March 17, 1934.
