Rong Wang was active/lived in China.  Rong Wang is known for floral painting, teaching.

Biography  
Rong Wang


Wang Rong, also known as Wang Shensheng (1896-1972), was born in Lanxi, Zhejiang province, but his family was originally from Anhui province. He studied painting in Shanghai in 1912, and then taught painting in Beijing since 1934.

He is known for his flower paintings. In 1954 he became a researcher in the Institute of Folk Arts in the Central Academy of Fine Arts in Beijing. In 1957 he became a professional painter in the China Academy of Painting in Beijing.
